Information we collect on this website
This website has no user accounts and uses no analytics or advertising cookies. It does not collect personal information on its own.
The contact form does not send anything to us directly. It opens your own email app with your message filled in, and we only receive what you choose to send.
Information stored on your device
If you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage under the name ng44-theme. It never leaves your device and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
Third-party services
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. Google's privacy policy applies to that connection.
Links to other websites, including our product sites and ng44.com, lead to services with their own privacy practices.
When you email us
If you write to us, we use your contact details and message only to reply and to manage any partnership or programme that follows. We keep correspondence only for as long as it is needed for that purpose. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Our courses and apps
Our learning products keep learner progress on the learner's own device. Where a product asks you to register, the information is used to run the course and to produce anonymous totals like those on our Impact page. Each product explains its own data practices.
Hackathons and programmes
When you register for a hackathon or programme, we collect the details needed to run it, such as your name, contact details, age range and gender. We use these details to organise the event and to report anonymous totals. Photos from our events are published only with the consent of the people shown.
Participants under 18 take part with the consent of a parent or guardian.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- ask us to correct information that is wrong
- ask us to delete your information
- object to how we use it or withdraw your consent

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the personal information we hold and limit access to the people who need it.
